About

I won the lottery of birth. I was born in Australia to a loving middle-class family, received a good education, and grew up in a period of relative global stability. Innately, this has fostered a sense of responsibility to pass on what I know to you.

This blog is my walk-through life. With a focus on cultivating ‘a Calm Mind, a Fit Body, a House Full of Love,’ as inspired by Naval Ravikant.

Naturally, there is a financial slant to my thoughts. My curiosity with wealth and the psychology of money, has led me to become a financial adviser.

I hope you enjoy this walk together. Maybe you can pass on something.

If you would like to contact me, please feel free to do so.
